Cold-Chain Packout: From Preconditioning to Case Sealing
A station checklist for releasing components, assembling liners, placing coolant and handing a traceable cold-chain pack to dispatch.
WORK INSTRUCTIONS / FIELD GUIDES
Make each handoff inspectable.

Understand the station
Reliable packout starts before the carton reaches the bench. Coolant, liners, payload and monitoring devices need identifiable release states, and an operator needs the current configuration for the shipment. Automation should preserve those checks while reducing handling.
Use the packout checklist to document a normal run, the troubleshooting guide to trace a failed pack, and the return-inspection guide when reusable components re-enter the process. Keep rejected components out of the ready-to-pack supply.
Keep the material or packout revision, the incoming component condition and the acceptance criterion in the same record. Compare an assembled sample with the approved drawing or instruction. A visual fit check helps find assembly errors; temperature performance needs evidence for the complete shipping configuration.
