Inflatable Insulated Packaging: Assembly and Inflation Checks
Identify valve-inflated, preformed bubble and self-expanding liners before defining assembly, inflation and complete-pack checks.
MATERIAL IDENTIFICATION / FIELD GUIDES
Check the structure behind the silver surface.

Understand the station
Air-cell cushioning, reflective bubble liners and self-expanding foam liners can look similar in a photograph. Their preparation methods differ. Identify the supplied construction and its approved assembly instruction before adding an inflation station to a packing line.
A thermal-performance claim belongs to a complete tested packout with a defined payload, coolant configuration and journey profile. Treat chamber retention, carton fit and closure as separate assembly checks. An inflated cushion has no demonstrated temperature duration simply because it contains air.
Keep the material or packout revision, the incoming component condition and the acceptance criterion in the same record. Compare an assembled sample with the approved drawing or instruction. A visual fit check helps find assembly errors; temperature performance needs evidence for the complete shipping configuration.
